Programmes in the Department are tailored to provide hands-on training and responsible, sustainable management orientation to students. Students are trained by experienced, professional and self-motivated staff. The Department’s integrated teaching approach prepares our graduates towards important positions such as Procurement Officers, Distribution Managers, Senior Tactical Buyers, Logistics Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Operations Managers, Stores Managers and Controllers, Project Managers, Contract Mangers, Relationships Managers, Risk Managers, etc. in private, public and non-governmental organizations.

Students also have the opportunity to learn from other practitioners from professional bodies such as Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) during conferences and other tailor-made courses.

The Department, currently, runs Higher National Diploma (HND) in Procurement and Logistics Management. It also runs a Bachelor of Technology in Procurement and Supply Chain Management in collaboration with Kumasi Technical University.
